Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every offer from VALNTE and every distance contract between VALNTE and the consumer.

1. Identity of the trader

VALNTE Studios, based in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers are listed here. Contact: hello@valnte.com.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer and contract. Before concluding the contract, the text is made available to the consumer.

3. The offer

Each offer contains a complete and accurate description. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind VALNTE.

4. The contract

The contract is concluded the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.

5. Right of withdrawal

The consumer may dissolve a contract within a 14-day cooling-off period without giving reasons. See our page Returns & right of withdrawal.

6. The price

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout.

7. Delivery and execution

VALNTE will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing orders. See Shipping information.

8. Complaints procedure

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, complete and clearly described, to VALNTE via hello@valnte.com.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies exclusively to contracts between VALNTE and the consumer.
