Returns & right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Conditions

• Items are returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Labels and original packaging are present.
• Sale items are also covered by the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated.

Return process

1. Email us at hello@valnte.com with your order number.
2. You'll receive a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
3. We process returns within 14 days of receipt.

Refund

You'll receive the full purchase amount including original shipping costs back to the same payment method. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
